So, at 2.29 am, I am here, feeling sleepless, with a TIF (Tinnitus Irritation Factor, based on subjective 1-10 thingy) of 2/3, and feeling fortunate. Is it the whisky/water drink, or summat else that has produced the improvement? I wish I knew.

Sorry to bring this up for those lucky enough to not have it. But last night, mine was bloody awful - the worst I have experienced, as far as I can remember. I had a really awful night - very poor sleep.

Tonight, it seems to have almost gone. Bloody buggery bollocks - best I can say.
