Re: Boris Johnson.

Well, looks like I've been rather optimistic. The issue will be going public "within the next 3 months". But I've been told, "It's going to be very loud." Not sure exactly what to make of that, but we'll just have to wait and see. :???:

Brexiteers insist economy is ‘fine’ as shop selling everything for £1 goes under. ’All of the recent High Street casualties have absolutely nothing to do with a weak pound, falling levels of consumer confidence and the United Kingdom becoming the laughing stock of the planet.’ http://southendnewsne...

Re: Your own photos - new thread.

Just back from a short trip to Ghent. Since my first visit in 2008, "Graffiti Alley" has become quite famous. Or is it infamous?
Just one pic here, and I have to say it doesn't appeal to me at all.

Brexiteer humour - there's a lot of it around.

A contribution from Michael Gove. Brexit ‘ideal opportunity’ to fight obesity, says Gove. "Michael Gove has responded enthusiastically to the suggestion that Britain will run out of food shortly after Brexit. ‘This is a wonderful opportunity to address one of the greatest health crises of our time,’...

General Practice in the UK.

An article written by retired GP Dr Kailash Chand and published today in "Pulse" magazine. I would argue that there is overwhelming evidence of a conspiracy to see off general practice for good, enacted by politicians from both major political parties over the past two decades. The agenda of privati...

Re: Brexit consequences

David Allen Green ‏ 3m3 minutes ago "Every step of Brexit, from the attempt to have A50 notified by prerogative, to the falsehoods about sectoral reports, and to the delays of votes and shortened debates, has been - in effect - in contempt of parliament." He's not actually anti-Brexit. But he does s...

Mysterious. :???:

Do you know something no-one else does?
Not at all. There will be hundreds, even a few thousands of people who will be aware. A decision has been made and it's down to the organisers as to when that decision is made public.

Re: " Gary Mannion discovers the world "

Ketchup, I was thinking the same. Perhaps Tony's link went a bit wrong?? Edit. I entered "Gary Mannion" in to the link and up popped an article which Tony might have wanted to quote.
