Re: Tesco drop "What Doctors Don’t Tell You".

I seem to recall that there was a campaign, maybe even a petition, to persuade Tesco to drop the magazine which is why the censorship issue occurred to me. It is one of those damned if you do, damned if you don't things.

Re: Tesco drop "What Doctors Don’t Tell You".

I don't like censorship and this amounts to censorship. This, however, May be an occasion where the right to free speech of some people infringes the rights of others to personal safety.

Re: Malaysian Airlines Plane - the lunatic fringe

Here's a sensible explanation by another pilot. http://www.wired.com/autopia/2014/03/mh370-electrical-fire/ There has been a lot of speculation about Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. Terrorism, hijacking, meteors. I cannot believe the analysis on CNN; it’s almost disturbing. I tend to look for a simple...

Malaysian Airlines Plane - the lunatic fringe

A Huff Post report on the wacky conspiracy theories http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/03/11/malaysian-airlines-conspi_n_4941774.html?utm_hp_ref=uk It is conceivable that the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 plane is “cloaked,” hiding with hi-tech electronic warfare weaponry that exists and is used....

Here's the study that the article referenced: http://jama.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=188144 Moxibustion is a popular and much appreciated therapy for breech presentation in the People's Republic of China; thus, it would have been impossible to propose a "sham moxibustion" as a placebo fo...

Adele: decent voice, sang a few good catchy pop songs. Doesn't actually offend the ears. No need to proceed further. (Better than 99% of what passes for pop these days -oh god I sound like my father 30 years ago)
