Re: Leveson, Hunt, Murdoch

Off on a tangent, but according to The Guardian..... John Rockefeller, chairman of the Senate committee on commerce, science and transportation, has written to Lord Justice Leveson, who leads the British judicial inquiry into media ethics, asking if he has uncovered any evidence relating questionabl...

Oh dear. The situation does seem to be getting worse for Mr Hunt. As the Prime Minister battled to save his minister, an Independent on Sunday investigation has established that Mr Hunt appears to have misled the Commons on three occasions in his handling of News Corp's takeover bid of BSkyB. http:/...

A senior civil servant working for Jeremy Hunt has refused to back the Culture Secretary’s account of his dealings with the Murdoch empire in a row that threatens his career. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/922...

Leveson, Hunt, Murdoch

The current Culture Secretary appears to be getting some critical coverage in the press. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/leveson-inquiry/9224775/Leveson-Inquiry-Jeremy-Hunt-faces-calls-to-resign-over-absolutely-illegal-News-Corp-advice.html Inevitably, I suppose, I was reminded of Jim Naughti...

Prince Phillip taken to hospital

According to BBC, he has a bladder infection, and has been taken to London's leading private hospital, the King Edward VII. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18325522 I've had a quick look, but the KEVII doesn't seem to have a homeopathy department. Or reiki, or crystal dangling. How very odd. http://www...
