At the risk of insulting polomint:

You'd have to be pretty thick not to be able to work that one out in seconds.

It's like one of those social media memes, "90% of people couldn't answer this puzzle", except that 99% of everyone actually can. There are probably dribbling half-wits out there now who believe themselves to be geniuses because they can do a couple of simple puzzles that a slow 5-year-old could do.

yes and most of those seconds were spent double double checking the double double negatives.
